Elm 20 is a high-performance compact generator, made of robust aluminum construction. It is primarily used and applied on automated systems and in advanced robotization processes. Its extreme flexibility also allows its use in manual systems such as reinforcing, riveting, insertions, etc.

The power of this generator can arrive up to 2000W, and provides for a more spacious welding surface with a much larger sonotrode compared to a 40 kHz.

THE SAME GENERATOR AND CABLE CAN BE USED WITH MANY OTHER DEVICES:

- Overhead cutting frame: this device is ideal for ultrasonic splicing tools, i.e. for the cutting and welding of synthetic and heavy-weight textiles.

- Gun handle grip: for spot sealing or riveting large, complex pieces with a welding diameter of up to 30 mm, even when working on small production series.

- Pneumatic slide: complete with a special protective casing for the vibration unit, it can be easily and rapidly installed on automated plants.
