The HTV TVG generator is a new digital generator with all the necessary features and settings for nearly every industrial cycle, be it welding, cutting or slicing.
Sonic Italia has designed this generator for operations that require a lot of power (5500 W), but it can also be used for jobs that require special attention, such as width adjustment, self-tuning of the vibration unit and absorption controls.
HTV TVG means versatility. Available in three versions and three frequencies, this stable generator can satisfy almost any production need, and thanks to the self-tuning function it can be aligned with 2, 4 and even 6 ceramics!!!
The booster and the titanium transducer (the TOP PERFORMANCE material), guarantee durability and EXCELLENT ultrasonic transmission. It also comes with a special connection lead that can easily be connected to the PLC over an automatic multi-head system.
