The ultrasonic knives are available in various lengths and heights, according to the needs of the client. They are made of titanium and fully comply with EC hygiene and quality regulations for materials used in the automated food sector.
With our HTV_TVG generator, it is possible to increase and decrease the amplitude of the vibrations according to the consistency of the product that requires cutting.
Furthermore, we have also designed a 25khz vibration unit for automated production lines so that the quality controllers job is easier and they can operate without the need for hearing protection, because the sound by far exceeds the range of human auditory perception.
